Nov. 11, 2010 - PRLog -- Whether you are contemplating starting a new company or are the President of an existing company, the Law Office of Darla J. Snead, PLLC is here to serve you. Our firm is committed to helping business clients create and run legally sound businesses with guidance in almost every aspect of your business.

Our firm, helping residents of Keller, Ft. Worth, Grapevine, Southlake, Westlake, Haslet, and surrounding areas of Northeast Tarrant County, Texas, represents businesses in every aspect. We handle all Business Formation, Business or Corporate Documents, Business Litigation, Civil Litigation, Leasing, Franchise Documents, Buy-Sell Agreements, Contracts, Wills and Trusts, and much more.

Darla J. Snead is a Texas A&M University Graduate and a Texas Tech School of Law Graduate. Licensed since 2000, Mrs. Snead has had a large array of experience representing business clients in matters ranging from formation to litigation. She is also experienced in helping clients with their Wills. She served as the Young Lawyer's Bar President of her county as well as won Young Lawyer of the Year for her county in 2005. She authored a pamphlet regarding parent rights and special education which is currently available through the Texas Bar website.

Mrs. Snead's service are invaluable to her business clients as most businesses think they can handle their corporate matters without the use of an attorney. Although it is true a business can incorporate online (see the Secretary of State website), that is all they have done. Merely incorporating an entity does not set up the Company Agreement wherein the parties think through who can be members, what is the capital required, who can invest, what happens if they want to add a partner or member, what happens if one gets divorced or dies, etc. There are also formalities any company should follow that Mrs. Snead walks through in detail with her business clients.

Mrs. Snead further reads the contracts of her business clients - from End User License Agreements, to equipment purchasing or leasing, commercial leasing, to franchise documents and buy-sell agreements.

Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. We are committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

Representative clients include national restaurant chains, a roofing company, oil and gas company, pest control company, oilfield equipment company, electrician, numerous locally owned restaurants, locally owned retail shops, and multiple franchisees in Arlington, Southlake, Mansfield, Keller, and Fort Worth.

If you are not a business owner but need a lawyer for civil litigation, representative disputes include landlord/tenant issues, wrongful foreclosures, contract for deed disputes, and breach of contract.

We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry.
