MSU Marketing Resource Fair to Include Derek Mehraban as Keynote Speaker

Nov. 3, 2010 - PRLog -- EAST LANSING, Mich. – On Thursday, November 4, Ingenex CEO, Michigan State University professor and proud Spartan alum Derek Mehraban will deliver the keynote speech at the 2010 Marketing Resource Fair hosted by The Marketing Mix and The Michigan State University Marketing Association (MSUMA).

The Marketing Resource Fair begins at 5:30pm, is open to all majors and is free to attend. Mehraban’s keynote speech will begin the event, followed by presentations from Target, Enterprise and the Lear Center.  The career fair portion of the event runs from 6:45 to 8:00pm.  Additional participating companies include Hershey’s, Maritz, Altria, Ducker Worldwide and PNC.  For more information regarding the career fair visit the Marketing Mix website at http://www.msumarketing.com.

Mehraban, an MSU alum who also teaches the MSU New Media Driver’s License® course http://newmediadl.com, is a member of the Marketing Advisory Council and is ranked 26th nationally among marketing professors. His New Media Driver’s License® course focuses on teaching students about all aspects of digital marketing, including social media marketing, search engine optimization, digital public relations, and blogging.
