CWP Advisors Selected to Speak at Special Asset Executive Forum

Nov. 2, 2010 - PRLog -- - IMN selected CWP Advisors to participate in its 2nd Bank and Special Asset Executive Forum on Distressed Real Estate.  The event is scheduled for September 27 and 28, 2010 at Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles, California.  

Salvatore Provenza, Principal of CWP Advisors, will provide information about real estate receivership and asset management.  More specifically,  Mr. Provenza will review the benefits of installing a receiver to maintain approvals, complete construction, and sell or lease the property while minimizing lender liability and ownership risk.  He will also discuss how receivers are utilized to preserve underlying collateral  related to note purchases and so-called "loan-to-own" acquisition  strategies.  

In April, IMN held its inaugural Bankers Forum on Distressed properties and Real Estate Loan Work-outs event in New York City.  Over 450 real estate professionals and over 60 bank workout, special servicing, REO and special asset workout professionals attended.  This new series  is specifically designed for executives involved in workouts at banks including special asset groups, special services, real estate owned departments, and internal restructuring units.
