The real estate market has been a rollercoaster ride, but one thing that never changes is that people need to build a solid team of service providers. This event is all about finding the silver lining in the current market.

“This event is for Realtors, Landlords, real estate investors, and anyone else who is interested in learning how to save money, get better discounts on housing-related services, or getting started in real estate investing,” said Linda Darlington, Programming Director of CFRI. “Attendees have a chance to win an iPad, and we’re holding raffles and giving away prizes all day long,” said Darlington. “And, as a bonus, our larger industry partners will be holding exciting hands-on demonstrations.”

PHOTO OPPORTUNITY: Industry partners will be hosting live hands-on demonstrations. For example, Home Depot may show how to patch drywall, RotoRooter will show how to fix a toiler, and Sherwin-Williams will demonstrate how to best paint a wall. Raffles will be given away all day long, and there will be a grand prize drawing for an iPad at the end of the day.
