Fraud and Perjury used by State of Georgia in Attempt to Convict Tonya Craft Exposed

Prosecutors tried to convict teacher Tonya Craft of child molestation using made up documents and perjury. Now, Ms. Craft’s lead defense attorney will give the public a look at the perjury and phony evidence the State used to try and imprison her.

Nov. 2, 2010 - PRLog -- Georgia Prosecutors tried to imprison Tonya Craft for a four hundred eighty year prison term, and they used fraud and perjury to do it.  Now - for the first time - Tonya’s lead defense attorney Dr. Demosthenes Lorandos will show the public the fraudulently created documents and the perjury the Georgia Prosecutors relied on to get their conviction.

Dr. Lorandos is a forensic psychologist and trial attorney.  He led the fight to save Tonya Craft from the phony child abuse claims. He will be speaking at the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers annual seminar entitled “Confronting the Mob Mentality - Defending Sexual Assault Cases” on Thursday, November 4th at the Marriott Savannah Riverfront Hotel in Savannah, Georgia.

Dr. Lorandos will use actual video from the six week State of Georgia vs Tonya Craft trial and will teach an audience of attorneys and forensic law specialists how he and his team saved Ms. Craft from a certain prison term.  In addition to showing the conference attendees the State’s fraudulently created evidence and the perjury of its main “therapist” witness, Dr. Lorandos will use trial and TV news video to illustrate the use of science in the defense of cases like Tonya’s.
