Free Loan Modification Workshop—December 11th 2010

Nov. 1, 2010 - PRLog -- Los Angeles Real Estate Attorney, Matthew Abbasi, Esq., and Studio City Real Estate Broker, Gina Michelle Sichi, have teamed up to provide a series of free workshops to assist local homeowners with home loan modifications and other alternatives to foreclosure.  The workshops are completely FREE and were designed by two qualified and experienced local professionals.
These workshops provide homeowners with important information regarding alternatives to foreclosures and provide real world advice to obtain solutions. Homeowners are urged to bring their financial documents and questions.  The workshop will cover programs, guidelines, legal remedies, and includes a specific one on one analysis of each homeowner’s financials with a loan workout counselor.  Homeowners will leave with a tangible plan of action best suited for them.  This workshop is free for all to attend.   Homeowners must be residents of Los Angeles County  and must pre register to obtain a confirmation code as seating is limited.
