3ARC Expands Into the USA Market with GPS Tracking and Monitoring Services

In the United Kingdom, 3ARC have recently developed Offender Tracking technology, which has proven very successful for monitoring those under house arrest or subject to restraining orders. 3ARC can also offer business solutions featuring intelligent key management integrated with vehicle monitoring and tracking, for greater overall fleet efficiency. Their success is based upon the 3ARC server-side software, which provides the best back-end to demonstrate the advanced features and high performance of Portman hardware devices.    

3ARC Limited uses Portman Security Systems hardware exclusively for its GPS tracking and monitoring services, and the Offender Tracking system was developed with 3ARC as an OEM project.  “After conducting extensive testing of many alternative hardware products, there was no contest, really,” said Pete Walters, Marketing Director at 3ARC, on their use of Portman devices exclusively.  “The first time, it worked.  There were no gradual fixes.  And it was really important to us to have the design engineers, testing, machining and manufacturing all under one roof.”
