QuoteWerks to Debut New Version, Features, and Offer Training Options at IT Nation 2010

Nov. 1, 2010 - PRLog -- November 1, 2010 — Aspire Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of sales quoting and proposal software solutions for the global, small and mid-markets, will be exhibiting at the ConnectWise IT Nation 2010 conference in Orlando, FL on November 4th through November 6th.    

During IT Nation 2010, QuoteWerks will unveil the new online quote delivery and acceptance vehicle, QuoteValet.  This new feature provides QuoteWerks users the ability to send a customer a QuoteValet link which, when opened, populates the quote through a web browser where the customer can review (including the ability to select options) and/or accept the quote online.  Once a client or potential customer opens the quote and/or accepts it, QuoteValet will automatically send an email notifying the QuoteWerks user that the quote has been viewed and/or accepted.    

Furthermore, a sneak preview of QuoteWerks Version 4.6 will also available for attendees who stop by the QuoteWerks booth at the Solutions Pavilion.  The latest QuoteWerks version will add some significant new features requested from users since the previous update.  Visit the QuoteWerks booth (booth #412) for more information and free demonstrations of Version 4.6 and QuoteValet.    

In addition to the new features debuting at IT Nation 2010, Aspire Technologies, Inc. will also be hosting a training class on November 2nd at the Hilton Bonnet Creek Hotel in Orlando from 10AM to 4PM EST. The training class will focus on the integration between QuoteWerks and ConnectWise, including how to setup and utilize the integration and also include the following information:
•   Quoting with ConnectWise
•   Optimizing your product presentation with pictures and Etilize
•   Forecasting with Recurring Revenue
•   Customizing your Quote and Proposal Outputs
•   Reporting with QuoteWerks

For users who are unable to attend the QuoteWerks training session on November 2nd, QuoteWerks is also offering one-on-one consultative sessions on November 3rd and 4th with Brian Laufer, Vice President of Operations at Aspire Technologies, Inc.  There are a limited number of sessions available and it is by appointment only. Additionally, QuoteWerks will also be holding a breakout session on Saturday November 6th to discuss all the improvements made to QuoteWerks since the last ConnectWise Partner Summit.  This breakout session will include information on how QuoteWerks works closely with the ConnectWise Community through panels to incorporate their feedback, ensuring that QuoteWerks continues to meet the needs unique to the community.  The QuoteWerks team will also demonstrate the integration between QuoteWerks and ConnectWise and how to maximize the combined solutions business processes and workflows.
