Oct. 29, 2010 - PRLog -- EFA Processing, L.P., unveiled its new website.  The site is designed to make it easier than ever for debt relief companies, tax resolution firms, law firms and members of the creditor community that share EFA’s commitment towards customer service, continuous improvement and uncompromising integrity to help educate, encourage and empower the hundreds of thousands of consumers working to take responsibility and control of their financial future.

“We went into this revamp with some definite goals in mind,” said EFA Chief Technology Officer, Jim Reggio.  “We needed to inform, educate and facilitate all at the same time, all while making things neither complicated nor cluttered.  Despite adding new functionality and tabs for things like career opportunities, blog posts and information about our community involvement and corporate citizenship, we still managed to make the site more engaging.”

The launch of the new website comes as the debt settlement industry enters a new phase of operations.  The advent of new federal rules, industry consolidation and the continuing economic slump have all combined to present new challenges as well as new opportunities for debt-saddled consumers and the companies which serve them.  The launch of the new site is the latest effort in EFA’s overall plan to help the debt industry evolve to a new level of integrity, service and innovation.
