Hanley Investment Group Represents Buyer in Purchase of Commercial Building for $2,900,000

Asher represented the buyer in the purchase of a free-standing commercial building in Mission Viejo, Calif., for a total consideration of $2,900,000.

The 11,460-square-foot building is located at 27856 Center Drive in Mission Viejo. Situated on a 2.46-acre parcel, the property is a free-standing building positioned within the Crown Commerce Center, which is anchored by Home Depot. The property was built in 1991 and was vacant at the time of the sale.

The buyer was Fairhaven Memorial of Santa Ana, Calif. The seller, King’s Knight Ventures, LLC of Fresno, Calif., was represented by Marcus & Millichap in Irvine, Calif.
