Columbia, SC. October 28, 2010. Michael D. Scott, Jr. has recently joined ERA Wilder Realty in their Irmo office located at 1084 Lake Murray Blvd. after spending the past five years specializing in new home sales. A Columbia native, Michael grew up in Southeast Columbia and currently resides in Lexington with his wife Carter, daughter Savannah and two beautiful beagles. After graduating from the University of South Carolina he immediately went into real estate, following in his father’s footsteps, a longtime real estate veteran who currently heads up the Corporate Homes and Foreclosure Division for ERA Wilder Realty, Inc.
Michael is a member of the Central Carolina Realtors Association, Sales and Marketing Council for the Home Builders Association, and the Young Leaders Society of The United Way of the Midlands. He holds the designation, GRI from the National Association of Realtors and both CMIS and CMMS from Cartus Relocation. Michael and his family are also long time members of Eastminster Presbyterian church located in Forest Acres.
