By: Easter Seals Eastern PA At times like these, when people have less to give and are giving less, there is some great entrepreneurial fundraising and volunteering taking place on behalf of area non-profits such as Easter Seals Eastern PA--a community organization that has supported the Lehigh Valley for almost 90 years. Good people will always look for ways to feel and be productive. Following are examples of those who are making a difference. •Greater Lehigh Valley Area Dealers Association (GLVADA) Pitted Imports against Domestics in a golf showdown to raise dollars •Yianni’s Taverna Organized a week-long event of “Foodraising” •Tony Salvaggio, Computer Aid Setup a website Football Pool •Wegmans Allentown, Bethlehem & Nazareth Sent employee volunteers to paint Easter Seals’ Bethlehem Pre-School # # # Easter Seals Eastern Pennsylvania has served Berks County, the Lehigh Valley and Poconos, for over 85 years, assisting children and young adults living with autism, physical disabilities, and developmental delays through in-home and center-based occupational, speech and physical therapy, Early Intervention, Bethlehem Preschool, Berks Specialty Medical Clinic, respite camp and recreation programs. ESEP annually provides services to more than 3,000 families. End
