Truluck's opening ..777 Brickell Avenue, Miami Florida

Oct. 27, 2010 - PRLog -- The coming week marks the opening of Truluck's Seafood Steak and Crabhouse at 777 Brickell Avenue, Miami Florida.  
Miami is preparing for a getaway for the senses where you can savor the freshest Florida Stone Crab direct from Truluck's own fisheries, and a fresh-catch seafood menu updated weekly by the chef. Along with tender, juicy steaks grilled to perfection, and over 100 wines by the sampling, glass, and bottle.
The joint efforts of Florida based Prime Sites Inc., best known for "Connecting great brands with great locations"® and Houston, Texas based Pete Stewart of Pete Stewart Properties Inc., set forth the team effort to insure Truluck's identified a prime site in the heart of the Brickell Miami business district.
Truluck's will be approximately 10,000 square feet with outdoor seating. This location will provide the business district and greater Miami with a long overdue experience for fine dining. Truluck's works hard to bring customers the best-tasting, sustainable ingredients that make sense for the plate, the palate, and the planet.
Truluck's serves 100% antibiotic- and hormone-free Niman Ranch beef, pork and lamb. Niman Ranch and its family farmers raise livestock traditionally and humanely, and feed all animals only the highest-quality 100% vegetarian feeds. All animals are raised exclusively on environmentally sustainable U.S. family-owned farms and ranches.
Monette O'Grady of Prime Sites Inc., and Pete Stewart of Pete Stewart  Properties Inc., worked diligently together to insure the location positioned Truluck's in the heart of Miami with easy access coupled with a front and center location to serve  the 500,000 population in the 10 minute drive time.
