We highly recommend for instance the Golf of Gujan, near Arcachon and Bordeaux. The hotel included in that package is located in a trendy beach resort, at less than one hundred yard from the beach and features an indoor pool overlooking the pine forest.
The Gujan Golf, which opened in September 1994, has the feel of a Scottish links course but with a Florida atmosphere with lots of sun, water pieces and pine forest. The Golf is situated just one hour drive from the Bordeaux vineyard. This Golf is an interesting test, which we highly recommend : beginners can play there but the fairways are more adapted to confirmed players who are eager to improve their golf level and try reckless shots to lower the par.
