5th Annual Small Business Conference – Charting Your Entrepreneurial Course

Oct. 26, 2010 - PRLog -- Atlanta, GA (October 25, 2010) - MyTrueBiz in association with MyTrueEvents will host its 5th Annual Small Business Conference - Charting Your Entrepreneurial Course, at the Hilton Suites Perimeter hotel on Saturday, November 6, 2010 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.


Business owners and professionals from across the metro Atlanta area will connect and discuss strategies for building successful businesses in 2011. Attendees will participate in a full day of education, networking, coaching and will leave with important marketing, financial management, social media and technology based techniques that will enhance their overall professional development, productivity and profit.


“This year’s conference is particularly important,” said conference Co-Chair and Guest panelist Mark McDonald, a Technology consultant with IT ProAct Technology Solutions. “Small businesses more than ever need to protect one of their main assets (their data!). Too many businesses lose days of productivity or their entire business due to data loss.”


The opening keynote speaker, Nancy J. Lewis, MS, PHR, RCC, President of Progressive Techniques, Inc. drawing on more than 23 years industry experience, will speak on the topic “Taking the Helm and Setting the Standard for Excellence in Business.”


The luncheon keynote will be Dr. Greg Henley, Interim Director of the Herman J. Russell, Sr. International Center for Entrepreneurship at Georgia State University.  Other featured speakers include Charlotte Johnson, Business Development Specialist with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and a host of other distinguished presenters who will share valuable techniques and concepts they have used to successfully build their companies and help others market and grow their businesses during challenging economic times.


Registration is $49 per person in advance and $69 at the door which includes lunch and all resource materials. Exhibitor tables are available at $100 per table which also includes lunch, all workshop sessions and an ad in the conference journal.
