Parkside Realty Group Agent Earns Flagler County’s only ‘Certified Commercial Investment Member’ Designation!

Flagler County, FL - Parkside Realty Group is proud to announce that Margaret Sheehan-Jones, head of their Commercial Division, has just been awarded the prestigious CCIM designation. As a member of this professional organization, Margaret joins just 6% of the top commercial realtors nationwide. This designation is defined by both an advanced level of technical expertise and knowledge, as well as extensive industry experience.

The CCIM curriculum consists of four core courses that incorporate the essential CCIM skill set: financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate.

Margaret is now the first to represent Flagler County in this high-powered network of commercial real estate professionals. Large corporations and businesses seek to work with CCIM’s when relocating to new markets, as they need local professionals who can provide them with extensive financial analysis. Margaret’s CPA background is also an asset to these corporations. Bringing these businesses and jobs to Flagler County will be part of Margaret’s mission.
