1) Locate local facilities (i.e., school, church, boys & girls clubs, detention centers
Salvation Army, etc.).
2) Train employees (teachers) of the facilities to teach the Good Graces Program.
3) Provide the necessary material for the youth.
4) Re-train the teachers.
5) Second re-training, in 90 days.
6) Administer the program from the ARISE main office.
7) Where the funding exceeds $500,000, ARISE will set up and staff a local office to
augment ongoing training, communications, and program management with the
facilities and the community.
