Oct. 22, 2010 - PRLog -- Marlboro Nissan serving Boston Nissan shoppers is pleased to introduce the 2011 Nissan Rogue to family shoppers.  The 2011 Nissan Rogue is a four door crossover vehicle that comfortably seats five passengers.

Based on the same unibody platform of the Nissan Sentra with a wagon body and elevated ride height, the 2011 Nissan Rogue is the definition of a successful crossover. The wheelbase of the 2011 Rogue is the longest vehicle in its class creating 57.9 cubic feet of cargo space, plenty of room to transport cargo and passengers comfortably.

All 2011 Rogue models come with mood lighting and new seat fabric. Available in three trim levels, the S, Krom, and SV, drivers can choose what upgraded features they want in their vehicle. The top of the line 2011 Rogue Krom trim rides on 18 inch alloy wheels and boasts a different grille from the S and SV trims. Also featuring a new front fascia and fog lights, the Krom trim has it all.

Fortunately for Boston Nissan Rogue drivers, Nissan included a long list of standard features in all 2011 Rogue models including all new amenities. Featuring the first Nissan Navigation system along with Bluetooth hands-free technology, USB iPod interface, and steering-wheel mounted controls, the 2011 Nissan Rogue has plenty of convenience and comfort features. Nissan’s Intelligent Key is also available and allows drivers to unlock the door and start their Rogue, all without removing their key from a purse or pocket.

The 2011 Nissan Rogue has one available engine, a powerful 2.5-liter 4 cylinder engine that creates 170 horsepower and 175 lb-ft of torque with the Nissan’s standard continuously variable transmission (CVT). The CVT is a belt-and-pulley system that allows power to travel through the engine in an uninterrupted flow. This allows the engine’s power to match the driver’s demand for acceleration, so Rogue drivers experience a quick engine response once their foot hits the pedal.

Even with all the Rogue’s power, the 2011 Nissan Rogue remains among the most fuel efficient compact crossovers in its class. The CVT engine helps the Rogue’s fuel economy without hindering quick acceleration compared to most four-cylinder crossovers. The 2011 Nissan Rogue gets an EPA estimated 22 mpg city and 28 mpg highway with front wheel drive and 22 mpg city and 26 mpg highway with all wheel drive.

The Rogue is a crossover with a sporty driving feel and sharp steering combined with SUV capabilities. Standard traction control, antiskid systems, and antilock four-wheel brakes help Rogue drivers command the road better and avoid accidents.
