SMA South Florida Hosts the Competitive Edge: Advanced Job Search Tools for HR in Transition

Oct. 21, 2010 - PRLog -- C.B.A.,(Corporate Benefit Advisors), in collaboration with the South Florida chapter of S.M.A., (Staffing Management Association) and the Competitive Edge Series, announces that the November session for HR in Transition, will be led by outplacement firm, Challenger, Gray & Christmas's Senior Counselor, Ken Setser. Setser, a dynamic leader who gets people excited about themselves and their work, will be presenting on the much talked subject - found at the top of the social media explosion, "Branding Your Image During a Job Search".

Since January, 2010, and throughout the year, the monthly "Competitive Edge Series:  Advanced Job Search Tools for HR in Transition", has been lead by a team of professionals, who have joined forces to extend job search tools and free resources to those in the HR community who have found themselves as either active or passively, in the local HR job market. The free program has been enthusiastically embraced by local S.H.R.M., (Society of Human Resource Management), chapter leaders and HR professionals throughout Florida.  

The event will be held on Nov. 2nd from 4:30-6:00PM at the Sheraton Fort Lauderdale Airport Hotel at 1825 Griffin Rd.
