Oct. 21, 2010 - PRLog -- Las Vegas — Las Vegas Ski & Snowboard Resort (LVSSR) is making it even easier to shop for the skier and boarder on your holiday list. New this year, LVSSR is offering gift certificates in any denomination that recipients can apply toward purchases of various goods and services on the mountain. With ski and snowboard rentals, lessons, lift tickets, gear and apparel at the Sports Shop, beverages at the Bristlecone Bar, or food at the Big Horn Café all available, gift giving is a breeze.

“If you’re not an avid skier or snowboarder, purchasing a birthday or holiday gift for someone who is can be overwhelming,” explains Curt Sheffield, LVSSR’s director of business affairs. “Our goal is to provide hassle-free holiday shopping that eliminates the guesswork. For those who are avid skiers or boarders, a gift certificate is a great way to give a friend or family member the opportunity to learn either sport and experience a much different side of Las Vegas,” he says.

Gift certificates are available right now by calling the Ski Vegas city office at 702-645-2754 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Please allow seven to 10 business days for shipping and handling. Gift certificates can be purchased in person at the Ski Vegas city office at 7501 Tule Springs Road, Suite 110, in Las Vegas, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
