Mike Baird; A native of Los Angeles, Mike moved to San Diego with his family and attended the prestigious Poway High School. It was in High School where he first found his, what would later become his life calling in Real Estate. After Graduating High School in 1996, Mike attended Brigham Young University where he excelled at finding solutions to complex problems regarding business and finance, earning his Bachelor's degree from the Marriot School of Management in 2002.

Mike is the owner of several highly respected companies in Utah including Baird Investment Properties, Lost Money Recovery Services and Equity Capital Group.

A licensed Real Estate Agent, Mike's true passion was found in the foreclosure market having personally bought and sold 1500 plus investment properties. Doug Clark; Born and raised in Utah, Doug attended Murray High School. An accomplished athlete with and incredible drive to succeed, he received a full ride Academic Scholarship to the University of Utah where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Science.

A licensed Commercial Airline Pilot, Doug has traveled the world, experiencing a variety of different countries cultures and paying particular attention to their economies.

Doug's background in economics led him to focus his interests in the Real Estate Market where he discovered his talent for buying and selling foreclosed properties.

His companies Equity Capital Group and Clark Venture Capital have purchased nearly 50 million dollars in property since 2005. Doug has proven time and time again that ambition combined with opportunity produces success.
