Local Author Takes Readers Down Memory Lane

New book features history of Cambridge, White Creek and Jackson area

Oct. 21, 2010 - PRLog -- In 1773, the Cambridge District was formed and comprised of the current towns of Cambridge, White Creek and Jackson. After a few more changes, the area was divided into the present town boundaries in 1816.

Driven by his passion to explain who Cambridge is and how the past shapes the present, local author Ken Gottry has compiled a new pictorial history book.

Gottry hopes the book will “provide images and facts that might not otherwise be available to residents, past and present.”
