She will work in tandem with senior management, practice leads and other thought-leaders to help identify, align and bring to market technology services and solutions that are relevant to today’s business world. “I am truly excited to be involved with such a dynamic company that is serious about growth,” says Peggy. With the formal announcement of Magenium’s dedicated CRM practice and recent addition of CRM specialist Richard Knudson, Magenium is poised to make a significant impact in the marketplace. Peggy has been a business leader in the Chicago area for more than 20 years. She has extensive experience in IT sales, delivery and operations. Tim Traxinger, Managing Director noted “Peggy fits well within our company culture. We are excited to have her on board as we take our firm to the next level.” Prior to joining Magenium, Peggy served as Managing Director for Indecon where she helped lead sales and delivery teams in the Chicagoland area. She served as Great Lakes Regional Sales Director for Analysts International Corporation. In that position, she led their sales and delivery teams in Chicago, Indianapolis and Lansing, Michigan. She spent 20 years with Greenbrier & Russel, Inc., a successful National IT consulting firm, as VP/Managing Director of the Chicago office. In that role, Peggy helped manage the sales, delivery and recruiting operations with profit and loss responsibility for the largest division of the company. Peggy participated as a member of a five-person merger and acquisition team that resulted in the successful sale of the business to Fujitsu Consulting. With Fujitsu Consulting, Peggy then was responsible for all Microsoft Services for the Central and Eastern regions of the United States. Peggy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University. She also attended the Senior Business Women’s Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Colleen LaMantia commented, “having a highly respected professional like Peggy on board also speaks to Magenium’s commitment towards being a valued minority-owned and operated business.” Peggy, her husband and their two sons reside in Chicago, Illinois. Peggy’s husband is a Lieutenant for the Chicago Fire Department. Peggy enjoys traveling, sports activities with her kids, skiing, and reading.
