As the name of the fair suggests, the commercial strategies have inclined towards some aggressive discounts, arriving in some cases up to 50% off the original sale price.
As everyone had expected, the best discounts were offered by the banks, as well as bringing back the offer of 100% finance for most of their products, presenting a wide range of housing options.
At this gathering there was a notably large interest from the buyers, ultimately purchasing much more than was expected from territories all over Spain; but especially on the coastal areas. The Valencian community was one of the most favoured areas.
