Capstone Industries to Participate in Stocking Stuffer Program at the Container Store

Oct. 19, 2010 - PRLog -- DEERFIELD BEACH, FL, October 19, 2010 – South Florida based Capstone Industries, a wholly owned subsidiary of CHDT Corporation (CHDO.OB), announced  today the company’s Mini Eco-i-Lite will  be a part of The Container Store’s® Stocking Stuffer Program for the second year in a row due to its strong performance last year. The product will be sold in the Stocking Stuffer section in all Container Stores® nationwide, as well as on their website at www.containerstore.com and in the Stocking Stuffer Guide.

The Mini Eco-i-Lite is a small multi-function power failure light. The device includes a 3 LED handheld light function, an LED nightlight with auto sensor function and a power failure function.  The unit is powered by a rechargeable Lithium-ion battery and charged by its’ induction charging ring.  Induction charging is a new technology and very consumer friendly. The unit is environmentally friendly and requires no battery or bulb change. The unit automatically illuminates when lifted from its charging ring or when a power failure occurs.

The Container Store® began offering a second item in September, Capstone’s new Mini C-Lite and the item has recently been re-ordered.  The wireless motion sensor light will automatically turn on when movement is detected. The Mini C-Lite features an eye-shaped swivel lighthead which rotates 360 degrees and a motion sensor detection area of 13 feet and 90 degrees. The eye-shaped lighthead, one of the most prominent attributes of the product has a wide and alert coverage area.  Besides the motion sensor mode, the function switch will give the option of having it also in the Light position, which means the lights remain on continuously so the device may also be used as a bedside lamp, for example.
