Umniah launched the karting Tournament in partnership with Jordan Speed Center and BCI

PRLog (Press Release) - Nov. 26, 2012 - Umniah and for the 5th consecutive yearlaunched its Karting tournament in partnership with Jordan Speed Center and with the support of the BCI Company, the official agent for Samsung mobile in Jordan. The 3-day tournament,that took place at the Jordan Speed Center, included several qualification rounds attended by Umniah’s customers and employees along with their families.

The Director of Marketing at Umniah, Omar Al Omoushcommented: “This partnership coincides with our vision of activating Umniah's positive role towards the youth through encouraging them to belong and engage in sports. We believe in the potential of this field and will continue to encourage initiatives that will promote the journey and accomplishments of sports in Jordan”.

At the end of each day and for the duration of the tournament, the best participants who achieved highest speed scores were shortlisted and will compete during the finals which will be held on Saturday the 1st of December. Umniah and in collaboration with Samsung will grant the first prize winner a Galaxy Note 2, the second prize winner will receive a Galaxy S3 and a Galaxy S2 will be given to the third place contestant.


From his end, and on behalf of Umniah, Al-Omoush thanked the Jordan Speed Center and BCI Company, and he commended this partnership which reflects the commitment of the private sector and the continuous support targeting youth and sports in Jordan.

The Marketing Manager at BCI Company, Mousa Hajarat stated: “This 3-day tournament brought together young and active participants as we wereglad to partner with Umniah by providing the winners with the prizes.
