Oct. 18, 2010 - PRLog -- There may be a time when you look at your house, and notice that it just doesn’t look as bright or new as it used to. Some people may call a professional house painter, or grab a paintbrush and a can and paint themselves. Most likely, this just isn’t necessary. Just like anything else, your house can simply become dirty. A good house washing may be all you need.

Mold, Moisture and pollution. These are nature's assault on your home. These man made and organic materials will wreak havoc on your home's exterior. Mold and element damage will cause siding to begin breaking down through a process called oxidation. Not only do the sides of your house look bad, your investment is slowly getting degraded.

Pollution from planes, trucks and cars will fly for miles and stick to your home. Making your windows seem cloudy, and your dull and discolored.

We use a soft-washing method for surfaces in which not a lot of pressure can be applied. We use specialized cleaners with low pressure to gently remove mold, mildew, and dirt. Vinyl siding is a prime example of when we would use this method. There would be no risk of damaged siding or water being forced behind siding which could cause mold and mildew to accumulate. We can use this quick and easy method on many surfaces of your home.

Pressure washing can be used on outdoor lawn furniture, for washing decks and fencing, washing down driveways, walkways, and garages.

Please keep in mind that not every pressure washing job is the same and the results can vary depending on the condition of the existing concrete driveway or walkways that are being cleaned.
