What Shall You Expect If You Decide to Be A Model?

The looks have become crucial, so a secretary nowadays, has to be as careful of her looks as a model or an actress. Staying thin is also very important in a world where being thin is popular but the general population is growing more and more overweight by the minute. Also the drugs that have been usually associated with show business and high finances have become a very important part of virtually any job. As the employers increase the demand for extra hours and with the effects of the economic crisis the people take more and more both to legal and illegal drugs in order to get to the end of that very hard working day.

So, do you think that you have what it takes to be a model? If you don't want to get lost in the world of drugs and/or mental disorders you need to have an enormous will power and character, many have made it quite far but then weren't able to handle the pressure. Consider also all the sacrifices you have to make in order to be a model. Constant diets, exercising, cosmetic surgery make up sessions, rehearsals and a thousand other things that will make your life uncomfortable. You also have to consider the age factor, a good actor or a musician will also be a good actor or musician old or overweight, but for a model being overweight is the end of a career, and as far as the aging process is concerned a professional football or basketball player has a chance to play with 30 if he or she is good enough but if you want to be a model, keep in mind that 25 is old and you should consider an alternative job. So, if you read all this and still have the courage try and be a model then you are a natural and should go for it, since you are fearless and have the strength of a pirate ship's captain.
