Free workshops for foreclosure prevention, and home buying education, scheduled for Orlando

PRLog (Press Release) - Oct. 18, 2010 - A series of free workshops for homeowners and prospective buyers will be sponsored by InCharge Debt Solutions, a nonprofit organization with HUD-approved housing counseling services.  All workshops will be held at the InCharge offices in Orlando, Florida at 5750 Major Boulevard, Suite 150 (near Universal Studios) throughout the fall of 2010.

Consumers in the market to purchase a home are invited to attend one of the “Homebuyer Education Workshops” from 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. on the second Saturday of every month.  This program will provide important insights into how to make informed and financially sound housing investment decisions.  Participation in this program will help attendees qualify for Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) and downpayment assistance funding.

A special “Foreclosure Prevention Workshop” will be held on the third Saturday of every month from 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., designed to help current homeowners find ways to maintain their homeownership and make meeting their mortgage obligations less stressful.

“Homebuyer Education Workshops” will be presented in Spanish on the fourth Saturday of every month from 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
