Stuart Pollington, Head of Technical Operations at Smart Traffic says, ‘We have received feedback which suggests that perhaps we tailor our SEO content and Social Media Optimisation services more towards the larger companies rather than the SMEs and self employed. We have identified some ways in which we can gear our content based products towards the smaller companies and have already implemented some of the recommendations made by our process analysis team.’

Although Smart Traffic has now acquired some household names as clients they are eager to keep in touch with the smaller companies which have enabled them to grow to become the UK’s largest SEO Company. They feel it is important to maintain these ties and not lose sight of the requirements of the smaller companies as they often need the most assistance with their online marketing.

Stuart Pollington goes on to emphasise, ‘As a company we are determined not to lose touch with our smaller clients who are, in effect, our bread and butter. Simply put, if it wasn’t for these smaller companies giving us favourable feedback, which they still continue to do, we would never have been able to spike the interest of the multinational companies who with their revenues have enabled us to become the company we are today.’

Although the processes are still in the planning stage, the Content Department at Smart Traffic are working hard to design some packages which they think will be better suited to SMEs and the self employed. These include some Social Media applications as well as information article which have performed well at the Beta stage of testing.
