Clark Solutions’ New Self-Priming Gear Pumps Ideal for Oil, Fuel, Water, Acid Transfer Apps

PRLog (Press Release) - Oct. 15, 2010 - Clark Solutions announces the introduction of its UP Series of compact, self-priming gear pumps. Available with nickel plated bronze or PTFE gears, stainless or brass pump bodies, and stainless steel drive shafts, UP Series pumps are available in configurations that make them ideal choices for water processing, and oil, fuel, or antifreeze transfer. These pumps are also an excellent choice for pumping seawater, many acids, or alkaline solutions.

Six models of the UP Series of pumps are being offered, including the UP6, UP9, UP2, UP12, UP3, UP4, and UPX models. The models are differentiated according to flow and pressure capability and product features and options.

An available option on some models is a built in pressure control whereby a factory programmed pressure setting is maintained via a built-in micro-processor based variable pump speed control circuit that utilizes an internal pressure sensor for loop feedback. Main application is low cost pressure/flow control for small water and process systems.
