Clary Sage College to Hold ‘Scary Sage’

PRLog (Press Release) - Oct. 14, 2010 - Clary Sage College (CSC) is hosting its 4th Annual Halloween event named ‘Scary Sage’ October 28, from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and October 29, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the college in Tulsa, Okla.

The haunted house styled event is open to the public and is designed for CSC basic cosmetology, esthetics and nail technician students to practice and show-off their respective advanced techniques. Students dress up in costumes with full make-up, hair and nails.

“This is a great opportunity for our students to show case their skills in a fun environment,” said Rebecca Banuelos, director of marketing.

This year’s theme is C.S.I. (Clary Sage Investigators). Groups of visitors will be led around by “investigators” to different locations in the pretend city to find the murderer. They will visit the victim’s neighbor, job (music video production company) and other places that he/she frequented in order to pick up clues and solve the crime. When finished, everyone will drop their guesses into a box and the first name drawn at the end of the night that is correct will receive a prize.

In addition to the tour, there will be a kid’s room with games, candy, face painting and nail art. The public is encouraged to bring canned goods upon entering the haunted house.
