Oct. 14, 2010 - PRLog -- Because there are many people still out of work. If there is not required amount of money coming into the family’s budget to continue the payment. Then there is a situation to lose your domicile easily.

The two incomes can easily make the mortgage payment and it creates some problem if there is only one income. When the couple tried to sell the house, but there are no large amount of buyers there who want to pay an amount equal or greater than the amount of the mortgage. In such cases there are many options.

One option is to do a short sale. The borrower gets the best price here by making the contract subject to approval by the lender. In such tough situations, the borrower has to convince the lender to agree to a contract with a price that is less than the existing mortgage. This can take a few months and the banks are ready to accept the lower amount, despite the fact that the bank would receive less if the house were sold through a foreclosure sale. If the bank does agree to the short sale, then the balance of the mortgage price ell be above the sales price.

Another wonderful option is the bank . We can make the bank to accept a deed in lieu of foreclosure. In that case, the borrower have to try unsuccessfully to sell the home. The borrower may convince the bank to give the property back to them.. In return for which the bank may easily forgive the balance of the debt above the market value of the home.

There are many increasing number of people who can move and leave the keys in the door, abandoning the property, not making any deal with the bank. Sometimes the borrowers will try to work with the bank, find that they are unable to and that the bank will not offer them any relief. Sometimes The borrowers find that they cannot afford to pay the mortgage and decide to walk away.

The bank will still file a suit to legally get the property back and sue the borrowers for the balance.
