Penn Wells was Central Regional President at Georgian Bank in Atlanta. Wells is a thirty-five year veteran of the banking industry, and has worked in nearly every area of commercial banking. Wes was formerly financial institutions audit partner at Dixon-Hughes, the largest CPA firm based in the South. Michael spent the past five years with US Bank, where he established led the Commercial Real Estate team and formed the Capital Markets in Chicago in 2005. Prior to US Bank he was a Commercial Real Estate Syndicate Manager in Capital Markets at JPM/Bank One.
