Huntersville Dentist Opens Second Location

Oct. 23, 2010 - PRLog -- HUNTERSVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA -- Dr. Herbert Mills, a Huntersville dentist who founded The Center for Lifetime Smiles, will open a second location on Oct. 25.

The new office is located at 10225 Hickorywood Hill Ave., Suite A, in Huntersville.

Patients can make appointments now for the new location, or those who need an appointment prior to the Oct. 25 opening can be seen at the Lake Norman office, Dr. Mills said.

Opening this second office was done in response to patient demand.

“There is quite a demand for services in Huntersville,” Dr. Mills said. “There have been numerous requests for us to open an office there and we opted to do so for our patients’ convenience.”

The office will offer all of the services and treatment options available at the Center for Lifetime Smiles’ Lake Norman location, including cosmetic dentistry and smile transformations, non-surgical gum disease treatment, and the popular Snap-on Smile, a removable dental appliance that provides quick, affordable dental improvements.

Dr. Mills also offers minimally-invasive dentistry, mercury-free fillings, porcelain dental crowns and   safer methods of removing old mercury fillings, among other services.  

The Huntersville location will maintain the same level of personalized care that The Center for Lifetime Smiles has come to be known for, Dr. Mills said. A patient’s first appointment is referred to as a therapeutic visit and consists of a comprehensive examination spent entirely with Dr. Mills.

“Our goal is to promote overall health, as there is a link between gum disease and complications of heart disease, diabetes and even pregnancy issues,” Dr. Mills said, adding that he addresses this connection through managing oral bacteria in patients to encourage overall wellness and longevity enhancement.

Dr. Mills is committed to keeping up with the latest research and adopting the newest technologies. Training, continuing education and skill sets are focused on enhancing the quality of life and well being of the clients, he said.

About Dr. Herbert Mills
Dr. Herbert Mills founded the Center for Lifetime Smiles in 2006. His special interests in dentistry include cosmetic dentistry and smile transformations, non-surgical gum disease treatment, minimally-invasive dentistry, wellness and longevity enhancement through managing oral bacteria and non-drug anxiety management.
