Silverleaf Residential Project Open for Pre-Sale Business

Silverdale, WA—(October 6, 2010) – Neubuilt Homes today announced, the opening of the anticipated unique home community located in Silverdale, WA.  Construction of the model home begins the week of October 11, 2010 and is scheduled for completion January, 2011.  

Presale orders are now available for Phase 1 only which includes lots 9-16 and 52-55.  Pricing ranges between $277,900 and $324,900.  Neubuilt has now posted additional information like architectural renderings on the company’s new website at http://www.neubuilt.net/Projects-Silverleaf.html.  Here interested parties will be able to download floor plans in .PDF format.

Two story homes consist of 8 main floor plans but buyers will also be able to take advantage of an extensive option upgrade program.  There are 3 to 4 bedroom plans to choose from.  Total space ranges between 1,609 sq. ft. to 2,472 sq. ft.  There’s a lot of quality packed into that space.   A Homeowners Association will maintain the front yards of each home and common areas like the park.
