Party City Sets Up Shop in Monroe New York

The Monroe store opened its doors on September 17, 2010, just prior to Party City's busiest time of the year. Many of these workers will be retained beyond the Halloween season.

Since September 1, Party City has also placed new stores in Humble TX, Irving TX, Carbondale IL, and Carmel IN.
