Unifi Technologies Begins Meaningful Use Certification Process

Oct. 6, 2010 - PRLog -- Unifi Technologies, developer of the cloud based EMR solution suite, Unifi-Med,
began the Meaningful Use Certification process.

“With the announcement of ONC approved bodies, Unifi immediately completed the application process and began reviewing and addressing all test scripts,” said Randy Barnes, COO of Unifi Technologies. “As a cloud based SaaS model, Unifi-Med has followed a development path to insure it has met and exceeded all the criteria necessary to obtain Meaningful Use Certification. We made the commitment to insure each Unifi-Med web based EMR user would avail themselves of stimulus monies. Our certification is a step toward fulfilling this
commitment.”

Unifi‐Med has also continued to secure its position as a leader in the EHR, Practice Management and Patient Portal space with advancements that move beyond ‘Meaningful Use Certification’ and include:

• Integrated ICD‐9 codes while readied for the seamless integration of ICD‐10 codes

• Fully web enabled ‘Virtual Visits’
