Oct. 5, 2010 - PRLog -- Virginia Industrial Compliance, LLC is a newly created consulting firm who's  mission is to educate management, and assist plants in becoming NFPA 70E compliant, by having the proper studies done, and by removing electrical hazards from their factory floors, creating a safe workplace for their employees.  NFPA 70E (Electrical Safety in the Workplace) is a standard written for OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration). This standard provides information on the proper PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) for employees to wear while working in or near electrical equipment.  The standard also requires short circuit and coordination studies be performed on the company's power sources.  OSHA can impose fines of tens of thousands of dollars, if found that companies are not providing a safe working environment for their employees.
