Oct. 5, 2010 - PRLog -- Allstate agency owner RoseMary D'Amico-Catalano was recently named an Agent Hero by Allstate Insurance Company’s New York Region, and awarded a $500 grant for a local youth program.

D'Amico-Catalano donated the grant to the Clark Gillies Foundation, an Islandia-based organization founded by the former Islanders hockey champion, which helps children that are physically, mentally or financially handicapped. The Foundation’s goal is to improve these children’s quality of life and encourage participation in sports.

“As an Allstate agent, I believe it is my responsibility to demonstrate the Good Hands Promise in the Great Neck community every single day,” said D'Amico-Catalano, whose office is located at 98 Cutter Mill Road in Great Neck. “It is an honor to be able to donate this grant to the Clark Gillies Foundation and hopefully touch the lives of the kids who are involved.”
