Oct. 4, 2010 - PRLog -- Inspiration, talent and carisma are the words that better describe Francesca, a very dedicated songwriter who has been surrounded by art since a very early age and today all her work and experience bring her a musical career with a promising future, grabbing the hearts of all those who hear her songs. Francesca was raised in an Italian home, but was born in Venezuela, where she also grew up and where she met music for the first time. Since the age of 8 she studied music theory and classical piano. She became involved into theater, but it wasn’t until the age of 10 when Francesca discovered another passion, the guitar. She was always around an artistic environment up until she moved to the United States. With only 16, Francesca left behind many things to finish her high school in the States and start college, she loved animals and one of her goals was to get into Vet School, being surrounded by pets and animals all her life and being a good student she thought this was an interesting career. But in the back of her mind, there was a pulse that never left her alone, music. Her friends always made sure to have a guitar around when Francesca joined them at parties, because they loved to hear her singing their favorite tunes from Shakira, Alanis Morissette, Mana, Laura Pausini, The Beatles, among others. These artists were also a great influence for her and her songwriting. While still thinking about finishing Vet School, Francesca decided to participate in a TV contest for a local channel in Miami. She was asked to write a song in order to enter be a participant, and this challenge was the beginning of her songwriting career. Here at the age of 20, she worte her first son “Madre Tierra” and it fascinated her how easy if was for her to write lyrics and music and finally come up with a song, form there on, Francesca took the decision to leave Vet School and retake her passion, music and production. She gathered 12 songs of her own for a demo she called “Personal” between 2006 and 2007, this of course included her first song ever written “Madre Tierra”. She participated in several events and festivals displaying her music and playing along with her band. By the end of 2007 Francesca had the opportunity to record with two well known producers in the music industry, Manny Benito and Alejandro Campos. She used some of her previous songs recorded in “Personal” to enhance them and also recorded some new songs to creat this new ready-to-rock album called “Francesca” where you can find some ballads like “Me cansé de esperarte”, “Un Gran Lugar” and “Léeme” and some Pop/Rock such as in “Algo en ti” and “Apareciste de la nada”. Ever since she started to write songs she has not stopped writing and after finishing her Music Production school she also has become involved in some independent projects as a producer and arranger. In 2009, Francesca participated in “Estrella Music Awards” aired on Mega TV on Novembre 6. She qualified among the five finalist that represented Venezuela, nominated with her song “Me cansé de esperarte” who she co-wrote with Manny Benito. Her results and the feedback she received from people who listen to her music is the driving force for her to work harder everyday. She started 2010 with a promotion in the East coast in Venezuela, where her single “Me cansé de esperarte” has gained popularity and support by her fans. Francesca also visited Puerto Rico as an invited artist for the Billboard Latin Music Awards where she met with other artists and songwriters such as Kike Santander, Tito “El Bambino”, just to name a few. She was interviewed by several online and local media such as WAPA America, Channel 13, En la Escena, En vivo TV, and many others. In her return to Miami Francesca started her radio promotion in the city and in Florida. She is currently opening a non-profit organization, the iWorld Project with the help of her team that will support other non-profits who are involved in social and environmental awareness, children in need and in distress.
