The trainers will address why Kingian Nonviolence was chosen and the training process on Wingspan’s Radio Show, Conflict Corner, Wednesday, Oct. 6th at 6:00 P.M. Wingspan CEO, Priscilla Dames, states her excitement about having trainers, William Powell and Mary Bartley, return to the show. “Our experiences in Nigeria have given us an enriched outlook on the power of nonviolent training.” Mr. Powell of Nashville, Tennessee, states “I’ve learned so much from the Nigerian experience. I look forward to implementing the Kingian principles in my own community. Many do not realize the impact. These principles as taught by Dr. Martin Luther King should be used to achieve peace in our schools, on our jobs and throughout the ‘World House’.
