To date, the Company has acquired Luxury Kitchen Hoods LLC. Additionally, KSQR’s high efficiency lighting division is engaged in the commercial light industry with a product capability of reducing lighting energy by 50% for the nation’s highways, roadways, city streets, parking lots and other commercial applications. KSQR recently announced the signing of a loan agreement with a line of credit up to $4,000,000 to fund the expansion of both divisions. The line of credit, effective 45 days from signing, can be increased if needed, and does not involve any of the Company’s stock.
SLMU
Salamon Group, Inc.  is a company focused on developments in conventional and alternative energy technologies, including opportunities in oil and gas, geothermal, wind, and solar. Last Friday, the Company announced it entered into negotiations to acquire a majority interest in an advanced solar technology engineering, sales and installation company based in Illinois.
ITCJ
Infinite Technology Corporation (PINK: ITCJ) is a fitness and nutrition based company that plans to market its products at vendor display booths at bodybuilding, powerlifting and fitness competitions along with social networking sites to build brand awareness. On Tuesday of this week, the Company announced it will be launching its line of nutritional supplements this month.
BMGP
Biomagnetics Diagnostics Corp. (PINK: BMGP) is a developer of revolutionary diagnostic systems and technology for HIV, hepatitis, tuberculosis and malaria detection, and other innovative technologies. As of August 30, 2010, the Company signed a letter of intent to acquire Lanzhou New Sunshine Plastics Industry Ltd.. This is reportedly the Company’s fourth planned acquisition “targeted at a share price of $1.50,” a significant premium to BMGP’s current price per share.
PCPZ
Last Wednesday, Principle Security International, Inc.  and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sangamon Associates, Inc., announced their franchised hotel and motel umbrella program is now available in all fifty states. Sangamon Associates, Inc. is part of the Leeward Group of Companies, and works with associations to develop specialty insurance programs for their particular industry or insurance need. This morning, Leeward Group announced the production and publishing of a corporate video, which can be viewed on PCPZ’s subsidiary’s website.
