Pinnacle Ozone To Display Revolutionary 600 Lb. Per Day Zenith Ozone System At Weftec In New Orlean

Oct. 1, 2010 - PRLog -- Cocoa, FL, October 1, 2010 – Pinnacle Ozone is proud to announce it will be displaying its revolutionary 600 lb. per day ZENITH ozone system at WEFTEC-2010 being held at the Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana on October 4-6, 2010. The featured system on display contains all of the internal ozone generating components including QuadBlock™ generators, 10-Up racks and plumbing connections with the exterior enclosure removed for a unique 360 degree view and access to the system.

Zenith Series ozone systems have been designed for larger municipal, commercial, and industrial applications requiring ozone to be delivered without deviation to set point or stoppage.  All Zenith system features QuadBlock modularity (20 lbs. of ozone per day/block) with up to ten QuadBlocks installed per Rack and up to three Racks per system (30 QuadBlocks total).  Zenith systems include spare QuadBlock(s) redundancy without the requirement of a separate ozone system.  The systems are available in 20 ppd incremental configurations from 220 to 600 ppd @ 5% weight or 111 to 300 ppd @ 10% weight.

Zenith System Features:
Lowest Ozone Operational Costs – Zenith operating costs are 15-30% lower per pound of ozone generated compared to other systems.  Pinnacle achieves this efficiency through unique design as well as automatic adjustment of power (0-100%) in 1% increments to QuadBlocks when process demands change.

Small Footprint - The Zenith system is 96” wide x 35” deep x 92” tall and is 15-50% smaller in area than competing generators.  The system arrives ready to connect water, oxygen, ozone, power and control.

Low Maintenance - The Zenith system requires no yearly maintenance except for fan filter changes.  Self Diagnostics always operate in the background.  

Factory Instrumentation & Control - Everything to operate a Zenith system can be displayed on the touchscreen or via remote network system. Process control is input through ORP, Dissolved Ozone Monitoring (DOM) or 4-20 mA signal from ozone gas monitor.
