Today’s Energy Store announces the Henderson Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening on Saturday, October 2, 2010 from 11:00am until 4:00pm. We are celebrating the opening of our new location at 137 North Gibson Road, Suite 100, Henderson, Nevada.

Today’s Energy Store is owned and operated by Marc Hale, a resident of Henderson since 1998. According to Marc Hale, owner of Today’s Energy Store, “Energy Audits are an important tool the Homeowner or Building Owner can use to identify a building’s heat loss and energy inefficiencies. Whether a home or business this is important information for the owner to have and once we identify the problem areas, we can recommend solutions to correct the inefficiencies, saving valuable energy and money.”

Marc Hale and his team, have over Thirty Years in the building trades and with their extensive training in the Home Energy Performance field and home performance certifications, this allows them to be better equipped than most companies to test and recommend solutions, including Green or Environmentally Friendly solutions to their clients on how to improve the efficiency and air quality of their most important asset; their home or business.

Marc opened a retail store location for Today’s Energy Store to give clients the opportunity to come in and see first-hand what the products look like and how they will perform and to provide an environment for education. Marc commented, “We want our potential clients to feel comfortable with us, get to know us and know that we only want to provide them with the products they need to make their home or business more efficient.” If the client is a DIY person, the staff at Today’s Energy Store is happy to assist in recommending heating and cooling solutions that the client can install themselves, and still be there as a resource in case the client needs further assistance. “The bottom line is we want to see the client get the energy efficient solutions they need, have them installed correctly, saving them energy and money.”

Our Mission is to educate the public on how their home can perform more efficiently and teach them about taking the approach of “The House as a system” and how to make this system work as efficiently as possible.  Marc added, “By doing this, we help the environment, lower consumer’s energy consumption, increase the quality of life by increasing the air quality both inside and outside the home or business. Together we can all make a difference and leave a cleaner environment for our children and future generations.”

The public is invited to attend the Open House on Saturday, October 2, 2010 from 11:00am until 4:00pm for food, fun and educational seminars. Also in attendance will be, Backyard Brewing Company and Vendor Representative to answer questions. Since the election is coming up, we have invited many of the candidates running for office November. This will be another opportunity for you to meet them before the election.
