ZAAR Design Center Opens in High Point NC

Oct. 7, 2010 - PRLog -- Ruth Olbrych, owner of Antiques by Zaar, is thrilled to be introducing the ZAAR Design Center at the Fall 2010 High Point Furniture Market.

Her business, established in 1999, was built on the premise that one could successfully sell Chinese Antiques online, and this she has certainly proven to be true.

She worked to enhance her To The Trade business by establishing a presence in High Point NC, the "furniture capital of the world", where she anchored herself as an exhibitor at the semi annunal Furniture Market back in 2004.  

Understanding the import of High Point as a hub for businesses such as hers, she further entrenched herself in High Point when she moved her base of operations from Maine. With this move complete in 2008, she felt she had the perfect set up to show and grow her business....presenting a selection of her collection in a relevant showroom during Market and following have her entire collection available for business, on an appointment basis.

However, with "times" as they have been, she, in the Fall of 2009 started to have her High Point warehouse serve also as the company's showroom, where she and her associate Jeff Moore create a showroom atmosphere, with balance of inventory near at hand, so customers can see full offerings.

So pleased with the response garnered from customers that have been redirected to the off site location  she determined to invite other would be Market exhibitors, to present their product, with her.

ZAAR Design Center offers a cost effective venue for those that understand the import of having a venue to promote their to the trade business...not only during Market, but throughout the calendar year in High Point.

Five companies have come together to present their respective collections and invite all Market goers to stop by. And for those that can't make it during the semi annual Market, all companies have local representation that are available on an appointment basis from Monday- Friday, year round. Said companies being Bellascenda, Kat Burki, Vanderveer Imports, Lady B. Goode and Antiques by Zaar.

ZAAR invites all market goers to a party Tuesday October 19th, starting at 5:00...celebrating 10 years in business for Antiques by Zaar and introducing ZAAR Design Center.
