Rostek installed 180m of Uniline’s permanent safety system on ‘top fix’ anchor posts, allowing building maintenance staff to carry out essential cleaning and repair works to roof mounted plant and equipment, including ‘sun pipe’ natural lighting domes and signage.
The system, which was pre-specified by the architect to ensure compliance with CDM Regulations, enables continuous hands free access to all required areas of maintenance and prevents personnel from being exposed to fall hazards and work at height risks.
The Uniline Roofsafe Systems are rigorously tested to the highest British (and European?) safety standards and tested and approved by Euroclad for installation on their SF500 roof system, which was installed here by KeyClad Ltd.
Uniline designed the bespoke system, following up with site support and audit services.
