Survey Says: Sterling is a Top Place to Work

Oregon Business magazine has conducted the 100 Best survey process every year since 1995. Companies are ranked based on the results of employee job satisfaction surveys, plus the company’s benefits and policies survey. This year, Sterling competed with results from the nearly 20,000 employees and 303 companies who participated.

Employee enthusiasm fuels Sterling’s climb in the 100 Best survey results.
