The accelaration in the property market in the last 12 months has shown some busy days in Antalya, particularly after the month of March. Buyers are now having an easier time buying property with the suitable mortgage payments offered by the Turkish banks.
Mr. Gunal, of Guvenc Construction states that, "Mortgages provide easier opportunties for home buyers." "There never used to be a system like this before, you had to have the cash to buy, but things are much easier for people now"; and thereby making a call for investment to those who wish to buy property.
