Fortunately, the building management, had TVG Consulting as their on-going IT Managed Service provider for the last 3 years. TVG takes care of 24/7 monitoring, daily support, All floors were damaged but not the main IT room that connects all the suites together.
TVG Support team was notified of the flood but their NOC center(Network Operating Center) did not detect any problems.
Why? Because of the preventative measures they put in place and the future measures they put in place incase of complete building disaster, the flood did not hit the core IT room.

Fortunately while on-site we were able to assist some of the businesses that did not have their IT company available.
